These terms cover Sundown, Night Shift and our other real-time story games (“the apps”). They are provided by Story Technical Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 13548770.
Buying the apps
The app store you buy from takes payment and handles refunds under its own rules. Paid chapters are one-off purchases tied to your store account and can be restored on your devices.
Your rights
You have a personal licence to use the apps. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer. If an app is faulty, contact us and we'll try to put it right.
Using the apps
The stories contain horror themes and are intended for players aged 16 and over. Your progress is saved on your device, and removing an app or its data removes that progress. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the apps or their stories.
Changes
We may update the apps and these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so here. English law applies, though you may also have the protection of the law where you live.
